• We charge a flat fee per file, so there is no overhead cost

The agent or their brokerage will be billed upon successful closing for all work performed. 

We are only paid on closings! We do not charge a cancellation fee.

We include you in all correspondence, so you can see everything we are working on. We will send out Friday updates to you every week, and we check in well before deadlines are due.
